Pour le 2eme mouvement : 'Moderati Mainconico' et 'Nobile Ed Espressivo' j'ai compose 2 themes tres nostalgiques qui evoquent des images du Vieux paris, L'accordeon des rues, le Limonaire& Enfin dans le 3eme mouvement 'Allegro Energico' j'ai developpe une cellule melodique de 4 mesures sur un tempo ostinato qui evoque un lointain tango. J'dedie ce concerto a Mr Joe Rossi, legendaire accordeoniste et eminent pedagogue en hommage a son honnetete, a son humilite, a son amour envers le musique. Richard Galliano, paris le 19 sept 1994.
