Under the title of 'Minor Works', the second volume of organ works by C. Ph. E. Bach in the Wiener Urtext Edition contains all works written by the composer except for the multi-movement sonatas for Organ: Preludio, Fugues (one with Fantasia), Trio, Chorale arrangements and 30 Pieces for the musical clock. The fugues, in particular, prove that C. Ph. E. Bach was an attentive pupil of his father. The pieces for musical clock are a varied selection of pieces in the style galant which were originally written for mechanical instruments and which are best to be performed on the organ. Together with the organ sonatas published in Vol. 1, this is probably the most comprehensive collection of works by Bach‘s second eldest son which can be performed on the organ.

This delightful set of practical miniature arrangements of hymn tunes for organ is useful throughout the church year and is accessible to the average church organist. These short pieces not only enhance church services, but also prove invaluable to the church musician looking for something fresh to use during services. The styles of miniatures, which last anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute in duration, are sufficiently varied to maintain interest: some settings are meditative, while others are fanfares, and they can be used during various parts of the service. The book includes a preface that discusses practical usage of the miniatures, citing some examples from te Velde's own experience. It also includes a liturgical index and an index of first lines for the convenience of the organist. This volume contains all 71 of the German composer's works for organ, including 25 toccatas, 8 fantasias, 6 canzonas, 18 capriccios, and 14 ricercares. The music recalls Froberger's teacher, the Italian composer Girolamo Frescobaldi, offering grand visions of the late Baroque. Since the scores do not include pedal indications, they are also appropriate for the piano or harpsichord. Reprint of works from Denkmäler der Tonkunst in Österreich, Artaria, Vienna.

Virgil Fox has arranged here a stirring and powerful organ arrangement of Bach’s setting of the famous hymn, as originally presented by Bach in his Cantata No. 79. Lewis Carroll from 'Alice in Wonderland' and inspiration for this lively and fun piece of light organ music. ' . . . suddenly a White Rabbit with pink eyes ran close by her. There was nothing so very remarkable in that; nor did Alice think it so very much out of the way to hear the Rabbit say to itself, 'Oh dear! Oh dear! I shall be too late!' (when she thought it over afterwards, it occurred to her that she ought to have wondered at this, but at the time it seemed quite natural); but when the Rabbit actually took a watch out of its waistcoat pocket, and looked at it, and then hurried on, Alice started to her feet, for it flashed across her mind that she had never before seen a rabbit with either a waistcoat pocket or a watch to take out of it, and burning with curiosity, she ran across the field after it, and was just in time to see it pop down a large rabbit-hole under the hedge.'
