As recorded by the Bill Holman Band on "In A Jazz Orbit", here is his chart on the wonderful Gershwin melody. It is set at a bright, swinging tempo, and it contains solo space for tenor sax, trumpet, trombone, and a short bass solo at the beginning. This was recorded in 1958 with a fantastic band which included Mel Lewis, Conte Candoli, Frank Rosolino, Charlie Mariano, and many other legendary jazz players.
